Boxing & Circuit classes

We work in collaboration with Fairbairn Boxing and Fitness and Unseat Your Body to offer a variety of group fitness classes. Our community fitness facility (the Unicorn Club) offers boxing, circuit & yoga classes. 


Fairbairn Boxing and Fitness teaches people of all skill types how to box with proper technique. It’s a fun, socialiable, community type atmosphere where people can get fit and learn self defence at the same time. Boxing is used in combination with body weight exercises, running and MMA conditioning to help build your fitness level at Fairbairn.
